Courthouse hours are from 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday except on holidays.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICEThe Merrick County Courthouse front entrances and parking area on the north side are now open. The elevator is now functional to access the second and third floors.
Effective May 1, the only entrance to the public will be the main entrance on the north side of the courthouse.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience throughout the construction time.
